In Cressy, an inland town on the island of Tasmania at the southern end of Australia, the Cressy District Committee met on the evening of 26 November 2025 at the fire station.

The design for a mural on the Cressy water tower was discussed. The minutes record that "the shearing photo is the committee's choice."

The mural is being run by the state water utility, TasWater, and the committee's choice is passed on to the utility as its preference. Consultation on the design with the school and community was continuing, and it was noted that the design should not duplicate a banner photograph.

Work was expected to begin in February 2026, once the utility's officer, Louis Van Ek, returned from leave.
